In Destiny 2, a Powerful (Tier 0) Exotic Engram is a type of Exotic Engram that decrypts into an Exotic piece of gear at your current Power level (or slightly above, depending on your progression). Unlike Pinnacle or Powerful drops (Tier 1-3), a Tier 0 Exotic Engram does not provide a significant Power boost but can still help fill gaps in your collection. How to Obtain Tier 0 Exotic Engrams: World Drops Randomly from enemies, public events, or chests. Season Pass Rewards Some free-track rewards in the Season Pass may grant Exotic Engrams. Xûr His weekly Exotic Engram (costs Legendary Shards) is typically Tier 0. Seasonal Vendors Some activities or vendors may offer Exotic Engrams as rewards. Lost Sectors (Legend/Master) While these usually drop new Exotics at a higher Power, older Exotics may decrypt at Tier 0. Important Notes: Tier 0 Exotics do not increase your max Power beyond your current average. They can still be useful for filling missing Exotics or getting better stat rolls. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
